First Steps

1-) If your documents are available (such as panoramic film, or a quotation from a dentist) please send it to our e-mail address (info@dentalclinic-turkey.co.uk) or post it to our postal address (Altunizade Mah. Kisikli Cad. No: 25/2 34662 Uskudar, Istanbul / Turkey) with express mail. We will back you the responses in a short time. If you leave us a fixed phone number, we can call you back in 24 hours.

2-) If you dont have any document, it is not a problem; we can prepare these documents in our clinic in Istanbul. Here you can contact us by phone (+90 216 651 7171) and inform us about the situation of your mouth, so we can tell you an approximate treatment plan.

3-) If you need advice before your first treatment you can come to Karlsruhe/Germany. Than you can take an apointment from our praxis in Karlsruhe for your first dental examination (phone: +49 157 764 63 268).

Appointment-Ticket and hotel booking

4-) If you have decided to combine your dental tratment with a holiday, please contact us about the date of appointment (by e-mail, fax or phone) before booking your plane ticket. After the written confirmation of DentEurope you can buy your ticket immediately. 
5-) There are two airports in Istanbul, if possible choose first Sabiha Gokcen Int. Airport, if you can not find a flight to the desired airport, then you can come to Ataturk Int. Airport as well. But our free transfert service is only available for Sabiha Gokcen Int. Airport. For Ataturk Int. Airport we can arrange your transfert with a taxi.

6-) After the meeting at the airport, our transfert service will pick you up directly to the hotel.

7-) For your appointment at our clinic, our service will transport you from the hotel and take you to the clinic. At the end of your treatment you will also be escorted back to your hotel.

8-) You will have 1 more day for post-operative cheks, so we finish your treatment without any problem.

The return can begin

9-) Our transfer service will take you from your hotel and transport to the airport terminal.

In Istanbul there are two airports. The first one is Sabiha Gokcen Int. Airport (Anatolian side) and the second one is Ataturk Int. Airport (European side). Book your plane ticket, if possible, to Sabiha Gokcen Int. Airport, which our free transfer service is available for.
