15-Year Warranty for Dental Implants
10-Year Warranty for Ceramic & Zirconia Crowns
2-Year Warranty for Dental Fillings

 

The warranty periods do not represent the expected lifetime of the dental treatments.They simply indicate the timeframe during which material-related failures or fractures — under the conditions listed below — will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

At DentEuropa, we are committed to providing high-quality and long-lasting dental treatments. To ensure clarity and transparency for our patients, the following warranty terms apply after your treatment has been completed:

1. Warranty Coverage

• Dental Implants: 15 years (implant fixture / titanium body)

• Porcelain & Zirconia Crowns, Bridges and Veneers: 10 years

• Dental Fillings (Composite / Permanent): 1 year

These warranties cover material defects, manufacturing defects and laboratory-related technical failures only.

 

2. Conditions Required for Warranty Validity

The warranty remains valid only when all of the following conditions are met:

1. Oral hygiene must be maintained properly
   (Brushing twice daily for at least 3 minutes and using mouthwash for 1 minute.)

2. At least one professional dental cleaning (scaling) per year is mandatory, preferably twice a year.

   • Must be performed at DentEuropa, or at another UK/EU dentist and officially documented with a stamp or certificate.

3. Night guard must be used if prescribed

   • Patients diagnosed with bruxism (teeth grinding,teeth clenching) must use the night guard regularly

4. Smoking restrictions for implant patients

   • No tobacco use during the first 14 days after implant placement.

   • After 14 days: More than 5 cigarettes per day voids the warranty.

5. No treatment or adjustment performed by another clinic;

   • Any cutting, reshaping, re-cementation, or modification by another dentist voids the warranty.

6. Systemic medical conditions must be under control
   (e.g., periodontitis, uncontrolled diabetes, heart or blood disorders, hypertension, psychiatric disorders, high-dose radiotherapy, hematological diseases)

7. No outstanding payments

   • The warranty becomes invalid if the treatment fees have not been fully paid.

 

3. Situations Not Covered by the Warranty
 

The DentEuropa warranty does not cover the following:

• Trauma, accidents, falls, or any external impact.

• Damage resulting from bruxism if the night guard is not used.

• Implant failure due to smoking beyond the permitted limit.

• If any systemic medical conditions develop after the treatment has been completed — such as uncontrolled diabetes, blood disorders, hematological diseases, high-dose radiotherapy, or psychiatric disorders requiring ongoing treatment — any complications arising from these conditions are not covered by the warranty..

• Temporary crowns, temporary bridges or provisional restorations.

• Implant abutment screw loosening after 3 year.

• Any modification, damage or repair carried out outside DentEuropa, without prior written authorization from DentEuropa, will invalidate the warranty..
